Nice!

Love it when it drops below 60-65F. Just wakes a car right up.

Man it really does. It’s 8-10c (45-50f) this morning and when I put my foot in it I was hitting 120 (75) before I knew it. Now if only I could avoid photo radar......

I’m really not a Mustang guy, but that’s a great picture.

Thank you, I’ll take that as a big compliment. I always try to consider background and foreground when doing automotive photography.

Iwasn’t a Mustang guy either but this latest model really has made the car an enjoyable platform.

A lot of people fail to think about background and foreground, so good on you.

I test drove one in the spring (V6, auto) and found it to be a good car. Probably is what I’d choose for a new car in its price range.

I like the location, good choice.

Thanks again.

Agreed, I test drove a fair number of cars and with the current incentives I was able to get into a 2016 GT for a great deal. Less than used 2015's actually and that was after taxes and pdi. Car is super thirsty though, but that’s to be expected.

Thanks. I drove by it last week and knew I’d have to come back.

The maintenance railcar wasn’t there last week and I’m glad it was there today.

This may be the wrong call as I’m on mobile but I wish with such an interesting background that it was less out of focus.

That’s an easy fix if I go back, I can just stop down the lens down to f/8.0 to get the background in focus. F/2.0 at 135 gives a very selective field of view. That said, I’ve always been a fan of selective focus, personal taste I suppose.

I’m not saying all in focus. I’m just saying maybe a little less out of focus like f/4 or f/5.6. Again though, you’really right, it is about personal taste. Still a nice shot regardless.

I did the same when I first got my prime lenses. ONLY THE RIGHT EYE SHALL BE IN FOCUS! F/1.4 DEMANDS IT!

Now I’ve fallen into a similar trap. I love f/8 and be there because it makes it easy to just run and gun, plus it reminds me of old photojournalism and street photography.
